The last assembly of the school year happened on May 8th, 2019. The assembly as always started off with the national anthem, and then the choir sang the song “Too Good At Goodbyes” to the seniors . Soon after, Student Body President Norris Blossom got up and honored the students involved in athletics and spring activities, all the awards and even played a game of Deal Or No Deal. For the awards we had the Giraffe and High Five awards for helping and being a graduate. During this assembly there were twenty people who had won the Giraffe Award.

The Deal Or No Deal game was one of the biggest parts of the assembly; the game had four contestants, one from each grade, and a banker, and the prize was extra time for lunch for the whole student body. After the intense round of the game of the crowd yelling “no deal” and calling the banker three or four times, and opening all but one of the cases for the game, students finally got five extra minutes for lunch that Friday.
